Today's women need specific skills to be able to defend themselves using modern techniques. For obvious reasons all ranges of self defense must be taught to adequately prepare females for potential situations. This course teaches the most desirable techniques on the ground as well as on your feet, in addition to skill development to keep you aware of what's happening around you.

Learn movements that will be effective immediately, unlike other arts that can take years to master. Discover what you need to know to be safe against an opponent of any size or strength. Sensei Lalo Marin will teach you the techniques you require to be safe on today's streets.

The Ladies Mixed Martial Arts class is a women's only class, providing a safe and comfortable environment where you will receive a healthy cardio workout and instruction in self defense.
